jOpenSimPrivacy isnt even released yet since it is planned for Joomla 3.9 which finally will respect new data protection issues (mostly from EU).

But all 3 plugins (register, quickicon, privacy) are already installable at Joomla4.

Not many tests have been made so far and quickicon is currently a little "misplaced".
