Install issues with Joomla4

The current modules (as of v0.3.1.4) wont install on Joomla4.

A fix is partially already done and available e.g. at:

www.jopensim.com/jopensim3/nightly/mod_o...ions.0.3.1.5-DEV.zip

... other modules will follow
