jopensimPayPal module

Hello everyone, I have purchased a license for jopensim money, after having successfully tested the demo version, and it works even with full whisker version. I installed jopensimpaypal compose and also configured, but when you buy currency from the site, the Pay Pal transaction is successful, but the user does not get the virtual currency and to me there were no transactions in the admin panel, with lack of sending notifications. At the end there were no errors, everything goes ... I also checked out one of the regions by typing the command "show module" from the terminal and jopensim money to give this result:
