Registration email - throws a 404

I have tried so many different things, to no resolve.
Users register on the site, User-jOpenSimRegister is active.
User receives an email to verify email.
User clicks and faces a 404 error when arriving at the link.

Joomla 4.3 and jOpenSim Version: 0.4.0.4 RC2
