Should 'Starting Balance' be given to new HyperGrid users?

I've just started using the money module and I noticed that when a user came to one of my regions from another grid (via hypergrid), the transactions show they were given a credit as per the 'Starting Balance' setting in jOpenSim.

Is there a way to only give this credit to just users that create an account on my grid?

Hmm, so for the free stuff I get a response right away but for paid it all goes quiet!

Sorry for my delay, currently quite busy with other commercial projects on this end

At the moment the starting balance is for every user. But I agree that there should be an option to exclude HG visitors from this function.

I invite you to open an issue in jOpenSim Mantis so we can add this as an option for the next version

Thanks, have added it, although there didn't seem to be an category for the money module so have put it under the main jOpenSim section.
