In your Robust.ini in section [GridInfoService] there must be set:

Of course pls replace "url-to-your-joomla" with the correct value. Important is the trailing slash! After changing this value, an update in the grid settings of viewers is required.

I got reported, that some phoenix viewers refuse to take these changes. So far in my experience, Singularity Viewer has been the most reliable one concerning this issue.
