Avatar Profile Module on the website

4 years 2 months ago #3540 by SilverDay
The module to create/display the avatar on the website is acting very strange on my site.

After clicking on of the tabs it is impossible to change to a different tab afterwards (I desrcibed the problem in another topic). I took the suggestion to use a different theme and also a differeent slider. Neither suggestion worked the problem is still the same!

Now that the world has gone life I found another much more serious problem: Other users always see the profile of MY AVATAR, and not the profile of their avatar. This is a very serious problem and I had to disable the function completely!

For the first problem I would request that the different pages are made available in seperately linkable pages. For the second I do not kow where the problem is.

Regards,

I did check the avatar -> Joomla user association, and they are correct.

have you tried using the Protostar theme? opensim seems to me to conflict if you use Framwork themes with bootstrap 3 or 4

I have not tried to use Protostar. It is not the look and feel I would like to have for the page. And as we are now at the beginning of a new project with the virtual world I do not want to change themes again.
