Source code?

Went looking for source on Github. I found a repo owned by DJPhil but it looks to be out of date, Is there an authoritative place for source? The source is in release zip of course but its useful to see changelog history and so on.

I'm not using Github or similar. I'm not really familiar with it and all my attempts to change ended up in a chaos

Since jOpenSim 0.3.1.3 there is at least a CHANGELOG.txt in the admin folder.
