I am running the latest version of jOpenSim and 0.7.5 and the grid is running but the site is not showing that the grid is online.

Did it just stop showing the information there or is this the first time you are setting it up? Are you connecting via localhost or is the webserver located on another IP? If it is on another IP you might need to allow the address on the MySQL user (or create a new user with permissions for JOpenSim).
