New site template

My guess would be that it is changing to a responsive mode for a lower resolution display? It seems to happen when the browser is not set to expanded/fullscreen mode, and it doesn't seem limited to just webkit browsers. I attached a few screenshots possibly showing what SilverDay means. The Kunena tab collapse toggle also seems to be broken as sometimes is shows up in the upper right corner. Everything seems to work fine though.
